Thank you for wishing to attend DIALOGUES 23. Individual attendee registration fees listed below are based by professional business type. The event will be limited to sixty people, availability will be based on both achieving a proper mix of professional types and on a first come-first-serve basis. Architectural firms are asked to limit attendance to no more than three representative from one firm.  Once your registration has been processed you will be notified on its formal acceptance.

Understanding that good planning is essential to the events success we have instituted an Early Bird attendee registration fee deadline of February 20, 2023. Having advance knowledge of who will be in attendance will allow the DIALOGUES 23 faculty in conjunction with its sponsors the opportunity to create the best program and experience for you. We therefore encourage you to sign-up early.

Scholarships: A small number of registration fee scholarships will be provided to individuals who qualify as "emerging professionals" within the field of education facility architecture, design, research, teaching, and administration. Up to 10 recipients will be provided full complimentary registrations. To qualify, you must be under 30 years of age, be gainfully employed at a school, architectural and design firm for 5 years, and describe by submitting a request for scholarship to Mark Goodman at mark@learningbydesignmagazine.com of how attending DIALOGUES 23 will be benefit you and your work

Payment/Cancellation Policy
All registration payments will be required at the time of registration. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to mark@learningbydesignmagazine.com. There is a $150 processing fee for all cancellations, no refunds will be issued for registrations cancelled after April 10, 2023.

Terms of Registration
The DIALOGUES 23 event is held in a private space; therefore, we do prohibit participants, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping event activities. By submitting a registration for the DIALOGUES 23, you (attendee) will be granting permission for the use of your name, contact details and/or photographs taken at the conference, to be shared with our partners and used on the Learning By Design website and/or in subsequent marketing materials.

Attendees in Need of Special Assistance
A National Historic Landmark built in the early 20th century, Taliesin West was not designed to meet contemporary accessibility standards. Buildings at Taliesin West are terraced into the landscape, resulting in gravel walkways, steps and uneven surfaces. Narrow ramps are available for guests to use at their own discretion throughout the tour.  All Taliesin West tours are walking tours and guests with special requests and needs should contact Learning By Design prior to their visit. Special accommodations are not guaranteed.
